Unwritten Rules

In every administration or organisation, there must be a president. Behind him there is a person we called deputy. Sometimes the organisation has one deputy and sometimes more than one.

The simple unwritten rule while you are a deputy is not to outsmart your boss. No matter how hardworking and intelligent you are, never give your opinions like you are the only one who do the thinking. Your boss just don't like it. So always go with the flow. Even if your boss is very slowpoke person, you have to be slow too. That's why we need a true leader who can bring us to the next stage in our daily life.

The second unwritten rule is not to pretend to outsmart your boss. You see the word 'pretend'? The reason is simple. Your boss don't like it when someone seems to be smarter than him. Like a man, a girl can only gives him an opinion/advice when we ask for it. If not, we feel like you have been undermining our ability. And we simply don't like it.

1) Humans are imperfect. Boss=human=imperfect.

2) Basically God creates brains not just one brain. I feel like even if we are the boss, we should be willing to give and take. To listen to others, to learn from the others.

To no letting our ego ruin the professionalism and destroy hew ideas/feedback.

Nevertheless, things like these happened and yeah that unwritten rules exist. h.a.t.e i.t !

Funny thing is I outsmart Superman all the time and he gets mad at me all the time I outsmart him. But he still loves me to death.
