Yes. The pace is totally difference from one another. Somebody might be very fast-thinking, aggressive and do works that have assigned to them quickly, accurately.
But, some of them has a snail-pace like. This type of person will make the people who are working with them fell sick. Because their slowness will become a cancer in every team they are in.
Always, the people who has greater pace will think and work how to change them. They will assigned them to do a challenging job and hope they will change to be a pacey person. But, there's always a bumper on the roads. It is not easy because slowness has been a habit in their life.
To be fair, rather than put our effort to change them, it is better if we try to accept their snail-pace thoroughly. Keep telling ourself that their slowness is just completing ourself. There's nothing we can do to change them. To be more comforting, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
